What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-3 days to process your order and then 10-25 business days to deliver it to you.
Note: If the product you bought was advertised as Free Giveaway then it could take upto 4-6 weeks to arrive. We know it's a long time but that's the only way to keep the international shipping costs low for our international customers. We appreciate your patience.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, absolutely. We delivery all over Europe and Worldwide. Our standard delivery time is 10-25 business days but you can speed it up by paying extra for Express Delivery.
I received a broken item. What can I do now?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the broken item at helpdesk@swagfactory.co and we will send you a replacement right away.

I have not received my order yet. What is taking so long?

What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Returns
We have a 30-day Return Policy where you can return the item if it is not the right size/item that you wanted to purchase. If you would like we can also send a replacement for the returned item at no cost to you.
Refunds
For any damaged items, we have a full refund policy if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We can also send a replacement for that item at no cost to you.
